I loved playing Tennis. I took up classes for a few years. My classes were mostly taken in the summer and the spring time.
My right arm did great and I avoided using my left side to all extents. I did the drills in class but tried to compensate for the left side, the affected side. It was a little difficult for me.
I do have my own racket and playing now a days. I use my right side to hit the ball and avoid using my left side, the affected side.
Advice:
Tennis was a great opportunity to run my legs around as well as work out my arms. I would suggest trying it out.
