Example of Holding an item in my affected hand: Walks/Runs

This is a picture of me walking/hiking up KoKo Head in Oahu, HI.
The example in this picture is what I do with my affected hand when walking/hiking/running.
In the photo, you can see my bottle. The bottle is placed in my left hand to carry. When I have a bottle to hold for my left hand I can control my posture (the "hook" from forming.  This also helps my affected side, my left arm/left hand from going out to the left side, losing sight or ability to think of how to set up my posture when walking on this hike.

Something else to note; in this picture, you can also see the way I hold the bottle with my left hand. My motor skills are not high for my affected hand, as well as my ability to realize through the brain that my left hand can do things. Therefore; the way that my clasps around the bottle varies from the way that my right hand will grasp around the bottle. My left hand grabs tighter than my right creating the way the photo looks.

Throughout, 30 years, I have learned ways to hide or do things differently in order to make sure that I do the things that I want to do in life! That is the advice.... Go do things and make ways for you to be abe to do them. Live Life and find your happiness to experience the things you love.
