The Start!

Hi Family and Friends,

This is the start of my passion and talk about my stroke. The purpose of this blog is to tell my story and provide advice to those in my position 20-30 years ago, as well as to date.

I love my life and am thankful for the support groups that enabled me to speak about my stroke. I love my family and friends who have also stood by my side.

The photos on the site are advocate work and activities that support the charities. These include; Training to End Stroke, The Children Institute Fund- now known as: The Cardiology Foundation, The American Heart Association, The American Stroke Association and The San Diego Brain Injury Foundation.

Live Life and thanks again for checking out the site. This is my dream and passion-to provide support to those that have incurred an in-uteri stroke.
