Advice: preparing to go workout

I organize my clothing the night before or hours before I need to have it ready. I sometimes get stressed if I do not have everything like that organized ahead of time. It will take me longer to take me to get ready if so.

I also organize my drinks the night before or hours beforehand.

It takes me a little longer to get ready, so I need almost double the time allocated to get ready.
